 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States.

For an additional charge, we offer expedited delivery to certain locations.

International Shipping: Some international shipping options are available through check out.  If you do not see your option there, please contact us to place your international order.  Email our sales team at Sales@IntelligentThreads.com

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All products shipped via major US carriers within 72 hours of purchase.

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December shipping times may take longer.

Expedited shipping is available for certain items for an additional fee. 

International shipping times will vary by country and carrier.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll try to locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Most items* are eligible for return within 30 days of their purchase for a 100% refund. We do highly recommend you try our products for at least 30 days to gain the full benefits, so just email us if you expect to go over the 30 day return window.  We are happy to work with you.  We want our customers to love our Intelligent Threads!


Product Return Details -

*We do not offer returns on our Topicals products after they have been opened.  This would include our Tension Release Gel and our Night Serums.

If you have an issue with any of your topicals products please contact us.  We want you to love our products, but due to safety we cannot accept Topicals returns once they have been opened.


We offer our 30-day money back guarantee on our Technology.  If the clothing is stained, ripped or damage we cannot accept it back for an exchange or refund. It must be in new or gently used condition only.  If there was a manufacturing issue with your product or it arrived in a damaged state, please contact us right away after you receive your item so we can facilitate an exchange or refund.


Intelligent Threads monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Intelligent Threads in all instances.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Our customer service will send a shipping label for you to return it. 

Simply repackage the item in the original package, affix the label and send it back to us.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Yes. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 30 days of the date on which they were purchased.
